Appointment Policy

What is an appointment? An appointment is a prescheduled time for one-on-one naturopathic guidance, effort, and expertise. During this time, the practitioner will give you their complete attention and focus on your needs. For online consultations, we ask you to set aside time so you are not distracted and can get the most out of your appointment.

Appointment bookings. Once you are scheduled, you are responsible for time. Please notify us within 24 hours if you need to reschedule your appointment for that “appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee. We understand emergencies do happen. You may cancel anytime in the event of a genuine emergency, becoming contagious, or getting ill without worrying about any fee or payment.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your consultation must finish at the scheduled time, and you will be asked to pay the full fee. We ask, in turn, for your respect and understanding that this is our time, business, and how we make a living. We cannot fill a gap in our schedule with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Consultations must be paid for either before or at the time of the appointment.

In the event of a scheduling conflict On your part (with less than 24 hours notice to us), I ask that you be prepared to pay for the consultation, including “accidentally forgetting.” (For example, You forgot about your appointment this morning. Or, you were confused about what day it was. Or, you made another commitment 10 minutes ago that will conflict with your appointment with us in 4 hours, and you feel you need the other more than the scheduled time with us, and you call to reschedule. Etc, etc.)
