What is an appointment? An appointment is a prescheduled consultation time for you to receive one-on-one naturopathic guidance, effort, and expertise. During this “time”, you will receive the practitioner’s complete attention and focus on you and your specific needs. For online consultations, we ask that you set aside the time so you are not distracted and can get the most out of your appointment.
Appointment bookings. Once you are scheduled, you’re responsible for that “appointment” time. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations that fall within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50. We understand emergencies do happen. You may cancel at any time in the event of a genuine emergency, become contagious or get ill without the worry of any fee or payment.
We trust you understand that if you arrive late for your appointment, your consultation will need to finish at the scheduled time, and you will be asked to pay the full fee. We ask, in turn, for your respect and understanding that this is our time, business and the way we make a living. We cannot fill a gap in my schedule with less than 24 hours notice.
Consultations must be paid for either before or at the time of the appointment.
In the event of a scheduling conflict On your part (with less than 24 hours notice to us), I ask that you be prepared to pay for the consultation, including “accidentally forgetting.” (For example, You forgot about your appointment this morning. Or, you were confused about what day it was. Or, you just made another commitment 10 minutes ago that will conflict with your appointment with us in 4 hours, and you feel you need the other more than the scheduled time with us, and you call to reschedule. Etc, etc.)
