The Dreaded Christmas Dinner Food Coma
Christmas dinner’s wrapped up, the table’s full of empty plates, everyone’s laughing and telling stories… and there you are, slumped on the couch, stuffed to the brim with a tight, bloated belly that’s screaming, “Why did I do this to myself?” 😅 That heavy, can’t-move feeling is the worst, especially if it comes with postpartum sleepiness.
Here’s the good part: you really don’t have to choose between an amazing Christmas feast and feeling like a bloated balloon afterwards.
What is a low-carb Christmas food?
A low-carb Christmas dinner can include a variety of festive options like roasted meats, sautéed vegetables, and creamy sauces, providing a delicious and satisfying meal without the excess carbohydrates typically associated with holiday feasting. Emphasising fresh ingredients with a keto flair, this approach ensures that all guests can enjoy a celebratory dining experience while adhering to their dietary preferences to help reduce gastric symptoms like bloating and fatigue.
